SUGGESTIONS

This place serves two purposes: game suggestions and events/player plots. You are free to suggest whatever you like. Event suggestions will be put up in an event pool. Player plots will be discussed among the mod team and decided on if they can happen soon or need to be put off due to overarching plot events that it'd coincide with. Generally, as long as it's within reason, it will be accepted.

Game suggestions are different. All suggestions will be looked over, discussed, and then responded to. Whether the suggestions are implemented or not all depends on how the discussion goes. Normally new suggestions won't be put into place until the next month.

Hello and thank you for your suggestion. While we take it into consideration, we would like to go ahead and address now the concerns you had in the last couple of paragraphs.

In the F.A.Q., under the section "Can I Choose My Own Digimon Partner?" it states:

Players must choose at least three family groups, but may have more. When the acceptance letter goes through the mods will have rolled three Digimon for you to choose from. You are able to choose from those three Digimon and only those three Digimon.

"Rolled" does not mean that those who judge the applications CHOOSE your partner. We use a random number generator to determine your partner. You choose your families. The computer chooses your partner. It takes out any form of bias that is possible with multiple people judging applications.

Now, as for the Test Drive Memes, we do actually state that anything that happens in the TDM STAYS in the TDM. In fact, the second paragraph in the description of the meme says, "For the sake of this meme you are allowed to choose your own partners but it will not count as game canon. Nothing that happens here will, it's just for practice!" We do not know how to make it any clearer than that.

In regards to the Helper Mod you spoke to, I would like to point out that not all of our Helper Mods work with everything that happens in Terminal Tokyo. Some help with the lists (housing, partner tallies, etc.), some help with applications, some with NPCs, and so on. By the sounds of it, the Helper Mod you spoke with is not involved with the application process, and would not know exactly what goes on with how partners are picked. Any questions of this nature should be brought to the Head Mods, or any of the others who work with applications. The Mod Contact page notes who is involved where in terms of the behind the scene happenings. Should they have asked for one of us, or sent you in our direction? Yes, but all the information is still there for everyone's viewing. Everyone makes mistakes, including us, and it should not be held against them.
